Practice for Track & Field will begin Tuesday, February 20th from 2:30-4:30pm (Sharp!) and will be held Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
All of our competitions are on Saturday mornings with the exception of 1 track meet; and most are in Quakertown.
While the weather is cold and rainy/snowy, we practice indoors on skills and strength. Once it warms up we are outside on school grounds.
There is something for everyone – sprinting, distance, throwing and jumping events.
If your athlete is interested in the sport but is unsure about what to expect, please send them to practice and we can discuss!
