Mrs. Leeann Long grew up in Lawrence, Massachusetts. She attended Baptist Bible College (now known as Clarks Summit University) where she earned her Associate in Arts degree and her Bachelor of Science in Bible with Honor. Her minor was elementary Education. While serving in a Christian school, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Philadelphia Biblical University (now known as Cairn University). She also earned her Professional Lifetime Educators Certification through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). Leeann holds two separate certificates: one as principal and the other as teacher.
Leeann has been married for almost 36 years. She and her husband, Doug, have two daughters, Ciara FCS class of 2019 and Mercedes FCS class of 2020. They are members of Fellowship Church in Phillipsburg, N.J., where Leeann has attended for 35 years. She is actively involved in church events as she serves as a member of the Women’s Ministry planning committee. In her free time, Leeann enjoys reading, gardening, playing board games, and, when she gets the opportunity, boating in her canoe or a rowboat.
Leeann believes in Christian education and has worked in Christian schools all her adult life. Her desire is that her students will internalize biblical principles and live them out as they purposefully serve Christ in their communities and churches. She hopes that they will be intentional about perpetuating their Christian legacy by raising up the next generation to do the same. 3 John 1:4. “I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.”
