MEETING: Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 7:00PM
The Events Committee is looking for new members to help plan special events for our school. This year in lieu of the FCS Gala & Silent Auction we are doing a more all family friendly event. We have listened to you, our parents, so on May 18, 2024 (rain date June 1, 2024) we plan on hosting Faith & Friends Community Fair here at school. It will be a great event to invite all your friends and family to. We will have many activities for old and young alike such as: vendor tables for artisans to showcase and sell their creations, a silent auction in the gym, plenty of fair foods, games, bounce house & slide, and live music to name a few.
The Events Committee will need many hands to make this event a great success. We are looking for people to lead sub committees and those that want to work behind the scenes.
Sub Committees include:
- Games and Entertainment
- Food
- Silent Auction
- Ticketing and Sales
- Media and Marketing
- Security and Parking
- Securing Sponsorships
- Community outreach
Our first meeting will be in person on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 7:00PM. We would love to see many parents join us in planning this spectacular event for our families and community. Even if you are not sure how you can help come to this first meeting and learn about the many ways you can serve.
