Into The Classroom

Exceptional teachers make it possible to provide an exceptional education, and at Faith Christian School, we are honored to have some of the best. From kindergarten to senior year, students receive individual attention from nurturing teachers who are truly invested in their success. Many of our students say their teachers feel like family away from home. Our commitment to keeping class sizes small fosters this comfortable environment. David Magnin, Class of 2020 made a comment to a prospective student, “I would tell any student thinking about joining FCS that it is a great decision. Into The World

While the classroom experience is important, we also recognize our students will soon become members of a rapidly changing society. This is why we focus so heavily on developing a strong Christian worldview. In every class, athletic activity, artistic performance and beyond, our educators emphasize biblical truth, challenging students to think for themselves. We encourage our students to look beyond themselves by giving them opportunities to serve through packing shoebox gifts for Operation Christmas Child and Bible making with Bearing Precious Seed ministries.  “Faith Serves” is a day of service to our community, where FCS middle schoolers and high schoolers do work projects for local ministries such as Mt. Gilead, Twin Pines, and Stream Side. FCS also requires students to put their faith into action by completing volunteer service hours throughout the year.

College Preparation

With rigorous learning goals and high academic standards, our students are consistently accepted to America’s most prestigious universities.  Faith Christian School allows students to earn one of three diplomas: general, college prep, or honors. All three diplomas stress the following criteria:

• Academic excellence
• Extracurricular richness (fine arts, athletics, social activities, etc.)
• Christian faith taken seriously

Enriching Activities

The Lions athletic program is designed to teach values such as teamwork, diligence and respect. Through a variety of team sports, students can develop their physical and mental gifts while representing our school with pride. In addition to athletics, there are numerous fine arts programs offered at the elementary, middle and high school level. Offering theater, choral music, worship team, music classes and individual instrumental lessons, visual arts, art portfolio, and digital arts – we allow students to explore their interests while glorifying God. Additionally, our Parent Teacher Fellowship family activities such as Christian skate night at the local roller skating rink, family movie night, field day, and so much more provide opportunities for our students and families to interact outside of regular school events.
